Are recall repairs free on a 2019 Volkswagen Jetta?
Yes. Under U.S. law, safety-recall repairs are performed free of charge by franchised Volkswagen dealers, regardless of the vehicle's age, mileage, or warranty status. You should not be charged for parts or labour on an open safety recall.
What should I do if my 2019 Volkswagen Jetta has an open safety recall?
Contact a franchised Volkswagen dealer with your VIN and book the free recall repair. If the recall is marked "Park It" or "Park Outside", follow that guidance immediately. Keep your contact details current with the manufacturer so recall notices reach you.
